Being a Certified Sandals and Beaches Sales Specialist (CSS) since 2006 means I have the experience and know how that you won’t find from crowd sourcing on the internet.
What Does it Mean to Be a CSS with Sandals and Beaches Resorts? It means that I have:
attended periodic specialized training, achieved a high level of bookings, and made at least one trip to a resort every year.
direct access to the managers at each property and in each office (wedding managers, golf pros, group sales, etc) so I can reach out on your behalf.
the answers to your questions -- and if I don't have the answer, I will get it for you in a timely manner.
